i know , you need a conclusion to this topic ( if ) . so , building as much as features you want is not possible in minecraft . you cannot create a toilet that is really working . you need so much to work if you want.

         if you are pro in minecraft then with redstone you can and with code  but if you dont know coding and redstone , then you cant 

2. can i build a redstone toilet

ans: yes you can

building a  redstone toilet is not so easy but possible in minecraft . ya you can , with - 

• redstone block'
• sticky piston and piston
• lever 
• redstone dust 
• any block
